Aniro Barcelona S.L ships to Spain’s Peninsula, Baleares Islands and U.E.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier will be in charge of delivering it to you in 24-48 hours maximum.

For the moment, Aniro Barcelona do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla and Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira).

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the date of receiving your order. Aniro Barcelona will always try to process all returns.

Exchanges are not accepted. The amount will be refunded back to you and you will have to place a new order.

Aniro Barcelona allows you to return any item, regardless of the reason.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all circumstances. Use the delivery note to make your return and write next to the item the reason why you want to return it.

Place the delivery note inside the parcel with the items you would like to return, always inside the original packaging and properly packed, including gifts and accessories (if applicable) –just like you received it, and send it to:

ORDERS

Orders must be placed on www.aniro-bcn.com website. The information below will be requested in order that Aniro Barcelona S.L. can process your order.

– E-mail address to inform you about the confirmation and approval of your order.

– A shipping address where your order can be delivered.

– An ID number in case you want to receive an invoice with your orders as a purchasing receipt (you must create a user account).

All orders are subject to products availability. In case of any kind of difficulty in any product supplying, ANIRO BARCELONA, S.L. commits to inform the Customer as soon as possible. Under no circumstances a product’s unavailability gives to the Customer the right to any kind of compensation.

PRICES

The prices stated on the site are inclusive of any VAT payable.

Products are sold at indicated prices, so valid prices are those stated at the moment of confirming the order by the customer.

REMARKS

Some Aniro Barcelona’s products are handmade. This implies that they are not completely identical, what is not an imperfection but a special quality of the product.

PACKAGING

Our items are delivered inside a small organic cotton bag, which is perfect to keep them protected at home or to take on a trip. It can also be used as a gift wrap.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The herein conditions are ruled by the Spanish law and they constitute the entire agreement of the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof. In case that any clause of the present conditions is declared void with full rights, the other clauses will still be in force.
